Doug founded Woodstone Associates to provide excellent service to business owners needing help planning for their financial future.

With an extensive background as a C-Level executive and an entrepreneurial business founder, Doug has been in the same position as his clients. He brings a wealth of expertise to Woodstone Associates, with a keen sense of strategy and a track record of success. Doug is the founder of StoneWood Grill and holds prestigious designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

With this prior experience, coupled with his credentials, Doug has created a business driven by helping business owners create a clear and actionable path for their success.

Chad Gross


Chad brings a dynamic blend of entrepreneurial drive and extensive business acumen to his work in M&A and commercial real estate. With over two decades of professional experience, Chad’s career is marked by a consistent ability to create value and drive successful outcomes.

Beyond his corporate technology roles, Chad is a proven entrepreneur. He successfully founded and exited a hospitality business, gaining firsthand experience in operational excellence and P&L management. He currently owns and manages a real estate investment company, actively growing its portfolio and identifying lucrative opportunities. His strategic investments in private businesses further demonstrate his commitment to fostering growth across diverse sectors.

In his current role, Chad specializes in advising technology and manufacturing companies. He leverages his unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience to provide expert guidance on optimizing operations, maximizing value and business acquisitions and divestitures. Chad thrives on new challenges and is dedicated to achieving ambitious results for his clients.

Kelton Dominic


Kelton is a licensed Florida real estate professional specializing in business brokerage and commercial real estate. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business, he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management with a focus on financial analysis and business strategy.

He brings an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic to every client relationship. His background in business operations, sales, and high-performance environments allows him to move quickly, communicate clearly, and guide buyers and sellers through complex transactions with confidence.

As a former NCAA student-athlete, Kelton approaches his work with discipline, competitiveness, and a commitment to delivering results. He brings that same mindset to every client, helping business owners and investors navigate transactions with focus, clear communication, and a strategy designed to protect value and maximize opportunity.
